COME PROCEDERE - HOW TO PROCEED
Mondare e lavare gli asparagi e adagiarli nella teglia.
Versare abbondante olio, 2/3 spicchi d'aglio interi, sale e pepe.
Coprire con un foglio di alluminio ed infornare a 180/200° C per 30/40 minuti.
Servire caldi.
